MDS provides delivery for small packages, bulky items, and palletized shipments.

Same-day and scheduled services are available.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure items are properly packaged and ready.

Provide accurate pickup and delivery details.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous, illegal, perishable (unless agreed), or unsecured items are not accepted.

Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be confirmed by photo, signature, or driver confirmation.

Once marked delivered, the order is considered complete.

Delivery Windows

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

Access Conditions

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to locations.

Additional charges may apply for restricted access such as stairs or long distances.

Item Condition

MDS does not inspect internal contents of packages.

Customers are responsible for declaring fragile or special handling items.

Failed Delivery & Returns

Delivery may fail if recipient is unavailable, no safe location exists, delivery is refused, or details are incorrect.

Returns are treated as a new service and may incur equal or greater charges.

Failed deliveries are not eligible for full refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Before assignment: no fee. After assignment: partial fee. After dispatch: dispatch fee. After pickup: non-cancellable.

Same-day cancellations after dispatch incur fees. Scheduled cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.

Rescheduling depends on availability. No-shows and wait time may result in additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

MDS is not liable for damage due to improper packaging or delays outside of control.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
