Terms of services

 All service requests must include accurate and complete information. Services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
 MDS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, weather, traffic, or other
 circumstances beyond control.
 Services are billed based on agreed pricing. Additional charges may apply for wait time, returns,
 redelivery, or changes after booking.
 Payment is required unless otherwise agreed. Issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
 after service completion.
